It's finally here!
The impossible to acquire Nissan R31 Skyline Shifter Boot is finally here!
This boot seals the transmission tunnel to the shifter so your cabin isn't pumped with fumes, rocks or smoke!
This item has been discontinued from Nissan for a number of years and currently unavailable in the aftermarket. There is a work around using a cleverly designed plate from our friends at RB Factory and an s13 shifter boot from GK Tech.
But here at Fury Garage, we have reverse engineered the factory item and adapted the shape so it's possible to print with no support material. The boot is printed from TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) which has a working temperature range of -40 to 90 Deg C and is nice and flexible to handle the movement of shifting and flex from engine mounts.
As this is the first iteration of this item, the print isn't perfect. However, we are so excited to get this to market we wanted to launch with our first successful rendition. With this in mind, we are always improving and refining our products and are open to suggestions on how we can improve for the next release.
Because we are always improving our parts and pushing our printers to their functional limits, part failures are bound to happen. If you have a part that fails for any reason, please take photos and contact us so we can arrange a replacement part or a full refund. (Provided our part has failed under reasonable operation)
As soon as we receive your order we will start making your part and ship it out as soon as possible.
This item will fit an R31 Skyline Chassis with a 6 cylinder RB engine that has the shifter in a factory location. It should also work for any RB engine with a swapped transmission such as an rb25 turbo box, MX7 box or an rb20 box.
